These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CharjGo’s electric vehicle roadside assistance and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. You also represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
CharjGo reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective three (3) days after being posted unless otherwise specified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Upon registration, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. CharjGo reserves all other rights.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach. CharjGo is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
CharjGo provides roadside assistance services subject to availability and geographic limitations. We do not guarantee immediate response times and are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.

CharjGo may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
CharjGo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months prior to the claim or $100 CAD, whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify and hold CharjGo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
CharjGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Service immediately.
